Nice France

Nice, France's fifth largest city and its biggest tourist resort, is perfectly situated on the sweeping Bay of Angels (Baie des Anges). With hills as its backdrop, it is blessed with gorgeous surroundings, a superb climate, a historic past and friendly people. Until 1860 Nice belonged to Italy, and to this day both the way of life and the inhabitants seem to combine the best of both cultures: Italian charm and flair tempered with a strong dash of Gallic sophistication.
